The Real Estate Skinny is distributed as a shareware software product. This means that you can download the full product for free and use all of its functionality to see if it meets your needs. A 15 day evaluation period will start when the software is installed. At the end of the 15 day evaluation period, you have the option to purchase a valid license and continue using the software. The software may be uninstalled at any time with the 'Uninstall The Real Estate Skinny' item in the Start menu.

Running the Setup Wizard:

1.	If you are a Windows NT, 2000, XP or Vista user, be sure you are are logged in with Administrator rights.
2.	Click 'Download' and follow the instructions to save the file to your computer.
3.	Double-click the file to start the setup wizard
